ImagePrompt.io provides users with access to a large library of AI-generated digital imagery such as photos, logos, and other graphical artworks ("Service"). Users can purchase prompts or buy images directly. Each time a prompt is used or an image is bought, the result will be slightly different, ensuring a unique copy for the user.

3. User Obligations

There is no registration required to use our Website. The Website does not maintain any user information but uses Stripe as an external payment provider to manage all payments. A subscription service is available, with users logged in via a token sent to their email address. No passwords are stored.

4. Use of AI-Generated Content

Users can use both the prompts and images purchased for all types of purposes, including commercial ones. There are no restrictions on modifying the images; users are free to take the images as a starting point and modify them without any limitations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including AI-generated images, text, graphics, and logos, is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Website are our property or the property of other third parties. You are not permitted to use these trademarks without our prior written consent or the consent of the third party that owns the trademark.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the content.

We only collect an email address for executing orders or subscriptions. We do not store passwords, as login works via a token sent to the email address. We use Stripe to securely handle all payments.

13. Refund Policy

In cases of severe problems (e.g., users receive images that do not at all resemble the examples shown), we offer a full refund if the issue is brought to our attention within 24 hours.
